Tzvi Weiner

Tzvi Weiner has spent thirty years as an inpatient psychiatrist, treating people in the most acute moments of their lives. He writes television that draws on that world — stories set where medicine, institutions, and power collide.

His limited series The Crows of Winter follows a psychiatric nurse practitioner who discovers that the healthcare corporation she works for is harvesting more than profit from the migrants in its custody. A gothic vampire Western, Crimson Vespers, is in development.

He lives and practices in Connecticut.
